DECLARATIE

Bucuresti 22 Februarie 2000In numele Asociatiei Ofiterilor in Rezerva din Romania, condamnam in mod ferm masacrul la care este supus poporul libian de catre regimul criminal al dictatorului Muammar Gaddafi. In timpul celor 42 de ani cat s-a aflat la conducerea tarii, dictatorul Gaddafi a umilit, a exploatat si a distrus natiunea libiana, el insusi, familia lui si acolitii lui.
Facem apel la toţi ofiterii si la militarii Armatei Libiene sa nu se supuna ordinelor dictatorului Gaddafi si sa se alature poporului libian in lupta lui pentru libertate si independenta si pentru a rasturna regimul dictatorial al lui Gaddafi.
Facem apel la societatea civila din lumea intreaga si la oamenii de buna credinta, precum si la toate guvernele tarilor democratice din lume de a ajuta poporul libian pentru a opri genocidul perpetuat in prezent de clica lui Gaddafi si pentru a permite poporului libian sa-si recapete libertatea si independenta.
Fie ca Dumnezeu cel Atotputernic sa ajute poporul libian in lupta lui pentru liberttate si dreptate!

STATEMENT

On behalf of Romanian Reserve Officers Association, we are strongly condemning the massacre of the Libyan people by the criminal regime of the dictator Muammar Gaddafi. During 42 years, dictator Gaddafi humiliated, spoiled and destroyed Libyan nation, himself, his family and his acolytes.
We are appealing to all officers and military people from Libyan Army not to obey to the orders of the dictator Gaddafi and to join the Libyan people in his fight for the liberty and independence and to overrun the dictatorship of Gaddafi.
We are appealing to all civil society of the world and to all truthfulness people, to all governments of democratic countries in the world to help Libyan people to stop the genocide perpetrated now by Gaddafi clique and to ensure to Libyan nation to recover its liberty and independence.
Let Almighty God help the brave Libyan people in his fight for freedom and justice!
